You will participate in a series of guided, engaging, activities around self-awareness, mindfulness, and gratitude. Each activity correlates to the next activity, which will reveal the bigger picture of reframing your mindset and thoughts, understanding mindfulness, while learning techniques on how to navigate through difficult times. You will learn the importance of transforming how you relate to events and experiences. Members will participate in charting, group share outs, mindfulness breathing anchor techniques, and a reflection & gratitude piece.
